WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supervise and manage security staff
• Perform Security Officer duties when needed
• Implement and enforce security procedures
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities
• Train Security Officers and Shift Leads
• Communicate with operations management
• Conduct inspections and manage staff sign‑in/out
• Assist with payroll and personnel management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred
• 2+ years security experience, including 1 year supervisory
• Valid State Guard License
• Strong knowledge of security operations
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work flexible hours
