Sonic Summary

The position requires candidates to have or be eligible for Virginia licensure and a counseling endorsement.
A dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates should have teaching experience in the specified areas, knowledge of best instructional practices, and the ability to integrate technology.
Responsibilities include effective communication with staff and parents, teamwork with special and general education staff, and strong classroom management skills.
The salary for this role will range from $64,637 to $144,723, based on the FY2026-27 salary schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.
Counseling endorsement.
Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required.
