THE OPPORTUNITYÂ
At J Street, the Leasing Consultant is often the first person a future resident meets—and an important part of the experience long after move-in. This role is about more than showing apartments. It is about building relationships, understanding what matters to each prospect, and helping people find a community that feels like home.Â
As a key member of the onsite team, you will drive leasing activity, support occupancy and community performance, and help create a resident experience that reflects the J Street brand in every interaction.Â
