Job Details: Job Location: Caravan Court - Arlington, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Status: Non-ExemptReports to: Executive Housekeeper---JOB SUMMARYThe Room Attendant at Caravan Court is responsible for ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable, and welcoming, while reflecting the hotel’s unique style and standards of service and hospitality---ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS · Operational Responsibilitieso Clean guest rooms in process set forth by hotel leadershipo Refresh all amenities as neededo Complete projects that are determined by hotel managemento Compete room deep clean as determined by hotel management· Guest Serviceso Anticipate and attend to guest needs during interactionso Be proactive when attending to guests· Team Support and Trainingo Attend and contribute to department meetingso Participate in cross trainingo Complete all required trainings· Communication and Reportingo Facilitate all internal communications and follow up accordinglyo Run all reports necessary to the operationo Complete full shift pass on reports and checklistso Log all work in appropriate platforms· Safety & Complianceo Adhere to all safety and security guidelineso Familiarize with housekeeping SDS binderQualifications: ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Effective time management and problem-solving skills· Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail· Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities---Physical Requirements· Sitting: Short periods of time· Standing/Walking: Long periods of standing, minimum of 5 consecutive hours· Lifting/Carrying: Occasionally, maximum of 50 pounds.
