Job SummaryÂ
*This role is dedicated to a large, single site, corporate campus in West Chester county NY.Â
Commercial landscape and snow removal experience requiredÂ
The Site Operations Manager provides leadership, direction, oversight and responsibility within a large Fortune 500 corporate campus. Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Provide daily, AM site inspections, weather/condition reports and operational plans for service.Â
- Execute, direct, service delivery. Manage active storms, pre and post storm plan and communicate to all stake holdersÂ
- Plow, de-ice, clearing supportÂ
- Read, Understand and Implement detailed facilities maintenance Scopes of Work and Service Level AgreementsÂ
- Facilitate communications in the field between team members, Caliber Operations Managers, Caliber Service Management Affiliates, client location.Â
- Manage the client; up to and including client Regional Vice Presidents.Â
- Conduct Service ValidationsÂ
- Train and guide vendors as requiredÂ
- Provide guidance and feedback to Caliber Service ManagementÂ
- Maintains Quality Control ReportsÂ
- Resolve customer problems by applying resources as necessaÂ
- Engage and entertain the customer as appropriateÂ
- Conduct training and presentations concerning scope of work to site personnel and providersÂ
- Foster a positive team environmentÂ
- Ensure confidentiality of internal and external dataÂ
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assignedÂ
- Responsibilities frequently require emergency support, mobilization and extended engagement (weekends/after-hours/holidays); scheduled and non-scheduled including but not limited to property damage and snow emergenciesÂ

Requirements

Minimum QualificationsÂ
- SIMA certified a plusÂ
- 5 years of commercial snow removal leadership and managementÂ
Other Relevant QualificationsÂ
- Strong multi-unit enterprise facilities management experience preferred in the following skills: Landscaping, Irrigation, Snow-Ice Programs, Interior and exterior facilities management, and Janitorial ServicesÂ
- Experience in a tradeÂ
- Experience in facilities industryÂ
