Patient Ambassador

Job Summary

The Patient Ambassador is a high-energy, patient-facing role responsible for increasing case acceptance, driving treatment plan conversions, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking someone with strong sales and customer service experience who excels at building relationships, connecting with patients, and creating trust quickly.
 
 This role combines consultative sales, hospitality, and patient education to help patients understand the value of treatment while supporting office production and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that makes patients feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable
  • Build strong relationships and establish trust quickly with patients and families
  • Present and explain treatment plans in a confident, professional, and persuasive manner
  • Drive case acceptance by effectively addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and communicating value
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and improve treatment conversion
  • Follow up with unscheduled treatment patients and re-engage opportunities into scheduled appointments
  • Discuss insurance benefits, financing options, and payment plans with confidence
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate closely with providers and office leadership to support patient care and office goals

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, or patient-facing experience required
  • Proven ability to build rapport and connect with customers/patients at a high level
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Experience working in a goal-driven or performance-based environment preferred
  • Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and high-value services
