Gemini Construction Company, LLC Gemini Construction is the construction arm of Hull Property Group and specializes in performing all aspects of retail construction in operating environments. Gemini Construction works in cooperation with Hull Property Group to complete large scale renovation and demolition projects, everyday site work and store build outs for national retailers at all of the company's retail properties. This job opening is for a short term local superintendent position for the time period of mid-June to early September. After the short term project, there is an opportunity for this role to turn into a traveling superintendent position which requires being outside of Asheville across multiple states.
· Daily review of compliance with the plans and perform quality control reviews of subcontractors’ work.
· Review, understand, and enforce schedule obligations.
· Daily coordination of multiple tasks/trades simultaneously and identification of conflicts of work conditions.
· Maintain daily log, track and report construction activity on the jobsite.
· Timely identification of potential change order and/or gaps in scopes of work.
· Receive, inspect, and verify material deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.
· Ensure jobsite is kept clean and organized.
· Enforce OSHA and Company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
· Work Location: In person
· 5 plus years of construction experience; multiple divisions are preferred.
· Ability to read drawings, specifications, and renderings.
· Must be available via phone and/or e-mail for extended work hours, including weekends.
· Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
