LPN: $27-$30/hr. Shift: Days, Nights, Weekends Summary: Provides nursing services to the Facility Based Crisis centers. Our nurses and med techs are a vital part of our treatment team providing critical support to children ages 6 through 17.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides medication evaluation, medication checks, calls in prescriptions, physical health assessment/ screening, communicates with MD/ NP/PA for orders, obtains samples, may provide individual, group therapy and subsequent paperwork. Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team Participates in peer review process All other duties as assigned by supervisor Special Attributes:  Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills. Position requires minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments. Must possess ability to communicate effectively with professions and clients/families and  have ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations. Supervisory Responsibilities:  May provide supervision as directed.
