This individual will have experience working at a vehicle parts counter or experience with vehicle/heavy duty equipment parts or repair. Key Responsibilities

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment
Strong communication, customer service, and retail skills
Understand inventory systems
Knowledge of all makes of truck parts
Keep accurate records of special-order parts and open tickets
Ability to make service and parts recommendations based on inventory, service schedule, and pricing
Commitment to safety in the parts department

Requirements

At least one of the following:
1. Technical school degree in automotive or diesel repair
2. Experience working a vehicle parts counter
3. Experience working with vehicle/heavy duty equipment repairs or parts
  - Includes but not limited to cars, trucks, diesel, motorcycles, heavy equipment, and military vehicles
4. Wholesale distributor experience
