Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide basic life support to patients
- Assess patient conditions and deliver appropriate pre-hospital care
- Operate emergency medical equipment and assist with patient stabilization
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate effectively with team members and hospital staff
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of EMS equipment and vehicle

Skills and Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Basic EMT
- Valid certification and licensure as required by state regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including on-call hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Prior experience in emergency medical services is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and a professional attitude
