Accounting Clerk

Job Description:

Prepares daily deposits
Prepares all cash receipts
Reconciles cash schedule
Stock in all units for the dealership
Accounts Receivables up to and including: posting factory EFT’s, collect and allocate payments, generate and send out monthly statements, call on outstanding payments
Assist with filing
Assist in monthly closings
Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
