The AI Product Analyst Intern will support the Product Management team in evaluating how internally developed artificial intelligence capabilities can be shaped into scalable solutions for financial institutions. This internship is ideal for a technically minded student who is interested in the business and commercial applications of technology rather than a primarily coding-focused role.
The intern will learn about existing AI solutions, assess potential customer use cases, and help determine how these capabilities could be packaged and brought to market for financial institutions of different sizes and across different geographic markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop an understanding of the company’s existing AI technologies, capabilities, and internal use cases.
• Research how internally developed AI solutions could be adapted for use within customer environments.
• Evaluate potential go-to-market approaches for financial institutions, including large banks and smaller community financial institutions.
• Analyze whether potential offerings should be positioned as standalone solutions, consultative services, or enhancements to existing products.
• Identify customer needs, business use cases, and value propositions for AI-enabled solutions.
• Support the development of product concepts, recommendations, and commercialization strategies.
• Assess how AI solutions could improve customer satisfaction, strengthen existing customer relationships, increase adoption of current products and services, or create new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, AI, engineering, and business leaders to gather information and translate technical capabilities into clear business opportunities.
• Prepare findings and recommendations for product leadership.
• Assist with additional AI product management initiatives based on business priorities and the intern’s interests and experience.

Basic Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical business applications.
• Interest in product management, product strategy, consulting, or technology commercialization.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in a clear, business-focused manner.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and developing recommendations when solutions are not yet fully defined.

Preferred Qualifications
• Coursework, projects, or previous experience involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, or emerging technologies.
• Academic or extracurricular experience combining technology and business.
• Experience conducting market research, customer research, competitive analysis, or business case development.
• Interest in financial technology, banking, software products, or technology-enabled services.
• Experience presenting research findings or recommendations to a group.
