Position Overview
Maurina Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality in-home care and support to our clients.
The CNA will assist clients with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, and other routine needs while promoting their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.
The ideal candidate is caring, responsible, reliable, and able to build respectful relationships with clients and their families. The CNA will also work collaboratively with the care team and promptly report any changes in the client’s condition or needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs.
- Provide safe assistance with walking, transfers, repositioning, mobility, and prescribed exercises as appropriate.
- Assist with meals and monitor food and fluid intake as directed.
- Obtain and accurately record vital signs when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client.
- Follow each client’s individualized care plan and provide services according to established guidelines.
- Observe and promptly report changes in the client’s condition, behavior, or care needs to the appropriate healthcare professional or supervisor.
- Complete accurate and timely care documentation.
- Maintain client privacy and consistently demonstrate compassion
