Role Overview :

The Delivery Lead – Strategic Supplier Program is a versatile delivery resource deployed into shifting workstreams to provide hands-on execution support and resolve delivery bottlenecks. This role rotates across initiatives based on evolving program priorities, ensuring critical components are delivered on time within a large enterprise technology environment. The Delivery Lead plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and preventing stalls in high-priority initiatives.

Key Responsibilities -

Integrate seamlessly into different workstreams to provide immediate execution support.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of specific project components within assigned workstreams.
Adapt quickly to new project environments, team structures, and business goals.
Partner with product owners and engineering teams to align delivery with program strategy.
Identify project blockers and resource constraints, and implement effective solutions.
Apply best practices to streamline workflows and improve delivery predictability.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure workstream objectives are met.
Report progress, risks, and issues to program delivery leadership.

Required Qualifications -

10+ years of experience in project management or delivery leadership roles.
Exceptional adaptability and the ability to pivot between projects with varying scopes.
Strong stakeholder management skills to drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability to assess project health and execute recovery plans.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
