A Part-time Groundskeeper is needed for Canopy West Apartments, Atlanta, GA (90 units).   Athos Properties Group has a great opportunity for an entry-level maintenance individual to join our team! As a valuable member of our on-site management team, our Groundskeepers will help maintain the  appearance of our apartment units and prepare a welcoming home for our residents and trashing out and punching units.

Responsibilities/Requirements Include:

  • Walk the grounds and common interior areas potentially multiple times a day, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces. 
  • Empty all trash receptacles. 
  • Water flowers, shrubs, and lawn. Trim lawn areas and de-weeds flower beds. 
  • Vacuum, dust, buff, and wash hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common interior areas. 
  • Clean common area bathrooms. 
  • Clean and shampoo carpets. 
  • Assist in preparing vacant units for occupancy, including cleaning appliances, kitchen, bathroom, and washing tile floors, windows, and all surfaces. 
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines in the operation of all tools and machinery. 
  • Maintain strict adherence to invoice approval policy. 
  • Assist with the inspection of vacant units ensuring that unit-turns are completed on an as-need basis. 
  • Assists office staff as needed with posting notices on resident doors. 
  • Ensures excellent customer service to prospective residents and tenants, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents.
