Job DetailsJob Location: Sylvan Hills - Atlanta, GA 30310Position Type: Part TimeJob Shift: DaySUMMARY: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time - (8:15AM – 1:15PM  Or 12:15PM -3:15PM)  No Nights/ No Weekends Easterseals North Georgia is seeking passionate, child-centered Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support the continued growth of our inclusion-focused ABA program. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services within early childhood classrooms (ages 2–5), with additional clinic space utilized as needed to support individualized skill development. The RBT will play a critical role in supporting children, families, and classroom teams through: implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA supporting communication, regulation, independence, play, and social engagement collecting meaningful data to guide treatment decisions collaborating closely with teachers and interdisciplinary team members creating positive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to): Provide direct ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA  Implement individualized treatment plans across classroom and clinic settings  Support communication, regulation, social, adaptive, play, and school-readiness skills  Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data  Complete treatment documentation within required timelines  Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions  Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members under the guidance of the BCBA  Utilize coaching, feedback, and Behavior Skills Training (BST) to strengthen clinical skills  Support children during moments of dysregulation using safe and developmentally appropriate strategies  Follow BACB ethical standards and RBT certification requirements OTHER DUTIES: Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisory staff QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Behavior Technician - Part-time:   Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High School Diploma or equivalent required REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience working with early learners (ages 2–5)   Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Knowledge of child development and developmental milestones Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: CentralReach experience or similar platforms  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Special Education, or related field Experience working within inclusive educational environments Certified in crisis prevention/intervention approaches (e.g. MCPP, CPI QBS or similar) Familiarity with safety protocols in early childhood or school-based settings Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)  COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications Consistent center-based schedules Monday–Friday daytime schedule (typically between 8:15 AM – 1:15 PM or 12:15 – 3:15PM; no evenings or weekends required) Access to CEU training library   Opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions based on program needs Ongoing, consistent BCBA supervision and mentorship Accrued paid time off available for eligible part-time employees Career growth opportunities within Autism Services PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time The ability to move throughout classroom and clinic environments regularly   The ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and move in varied positions as needed Ability to walk, run, and respond quickly to safety concerns The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 35 pounds occasionally The ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff in dynamic environments The ability to work in a noisy, active classroom setting The ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings ABOUT US: Easterseals North Georgia is dedicated to strengthening children and families at the most critical times in a child's development.
