What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or related field
2+ years of experience in technical training or rail systems, aligned with Ag-08 grade
Proficiency in rail maintenance systems, digital training platforms, and instructional design
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, safety standards, and operational procedures
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
