The Stellantis Vehicle and Propulsion Controls organization (PVPC) is the ā€œbrainā€ of the Propulsion Systems division aimed at translating Performance and Functional Objectives into Controls features implemented in the embedded SW.

Ā 

The PVPC organization scope spans the V development cycle with the following core missions:

  • translate system specifications and objectives into requirements
  • distribute control functions and networking strategies
  • implement core functions and diagnostics algorithm design
  • validate the functions to requirements

Within PVPC Organization the Controls Management Team acts as the main interface to the individual vehicle programs ensuring that its needs are met.Ā As a result of significant challenges embraced by Stellantis to become the leader of the new era of mobility, we are currently looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Controls Manager based in the United States.Ā The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and program coordination of the Controls and SW platform solution for innovative Electrified propulsion systems, with advanced design and best-in-class features in the industry.Ā Being a Controls Manager will mean to have daily challenges but also great satisfactions. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience (of which a minimum of 3 years is in automotive and / or Electrified propulsion systems and related control units)
  • Record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutions
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Previous experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plus
