Job Summary**

Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to perform a variety of maintenance, diagnostic, and repair tasks on automotive vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: $18.00 hourly

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using specialized diagnostic equipment and tools.
* Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
* Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, documenting all services performed and parts used.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the workshop environment.
* Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status, repair progress, and recommendations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with automotive technology and repair techniques.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive technology strongly preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive systems (e.g., engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical).
* Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and equipment.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
