You'll help customers understand their vehicle’s needs, recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs, and provide a smooth service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.Responsibilities include: Greeting customers promptly and professionally while building lasting relationships Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issues Recommending maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition Preparing accurate repair orders and providing clear estimates for services Communicating repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately Following up with customers throughout the repair process and after service to ensure satisfaction Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records Working closely with the service team to achieve customer satisfaction and department goals Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude Performing other duties as assigned : What Helps You SucceedWe are looking for customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service.
