Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Auburn University - Auburn, AL 36849Position Type: SeasonalEducation Level: NoneTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: AnyProof of the Pudding, an award-winning hospitality company recognized for delivering elevated culinary experiences across the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Utility team member to assist with operations for Auburn University.  Key Responsibilities: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils Cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and workstations Taking out trash and recycling Following food safety and sanitation standards Receiving and putting away deliveries Stocking food, paper goods, and supplies Keeping storage areas organized and labeled Assisting with basic food prep (washing produce, portioning items) Restocking line items during service Supporting cooks or prep staff as needed Setting up or breaking down service areas Helping bus tables or reset dining areas Assisting front-of-house staff during peak times QualificationsQualifications: Ability to fill in where needed (dishroom, kitchen, storage, or service areas) Flexibility with assist with opening/closing tasks   Reporting maintenance or safety issues Flexible and willing to help wherever needed Physically able to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift Dependable and team-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Work Environment     This position primarily works in the kitchen, utilizing standard kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, ovens, and hot pans.
