Your Role at KIK

The Plant Controller reports toĀ the Divisional Controller and serves as the onsiteĀ finance leader and strategic business partner to plant operations. This role leads planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financialĀ analysisĀ whileĀ ensuringĀ complianceĀ withĀ corporateĀ policiesĀ andĀ GAAPĀ standards. ByĀ translating financial data into clear business insights, the Plant Controller drives operational performance, strengthens cost control, and improves siteĀ results. This position partners closely with plant leadership and offers visibility to senior management, creatingĀ meaningful opportunity for impact and growth.

  • LeadĀ monthly,Ā quarterly,Ā andĀ year-endĀ closeĀ inĀ accordanceĀ withĀ GAAP

  • MaintainĀ fullĀ incomeĀ statementĀ andĀ balanceĀ sheetĀ responsibilityĀ forĀ the facility

  • EnsureĀ accuracyĀ andĀ integrityĀ ofĀ financialĀ recordsĀ andĀ internalĀ controls

BusinessĀ PartnershipĀ &Ā Analysis

  • ProvideĀ dailyĀ andĀ weeklyĀ financialĀ reportingĀ onĀ productionĀ andĀ spendingĀ metricsĀ toĀ theĀ Plant Manager and leadership team

  • DeliverĀ operationalĀ financialĀ analysisĀ toĀ corporateĀ andĀ plantĀ stakeholders

  • DevelopĀ actionableĀ recommendationsĀ toĀ improveĀ profitabilityĀ andĀ performance

  • PrepareĀ adĀ hocĀ financialĀ reportingĀ andĀ analysisĀ as requested

  • ManageĀ inventoryĀ controls,Ā includingĀ cycleĀ counts,Ā obsolescenceĀ monitoring,Ā andĀ inventoryĀ turns analysis

  • AnalyzeĀ productionĀ standardsĀ andĀ investigateĀ variancesĀ (labor,Ā material,Ā overhead)

  • SupportĀ operationalĀ teamsĀ inĀ identifyingĀ cost reductionĀ opportunities

  • CPAĀ preferred

  • ExperienceĀ inĀ CPGĀ operationalĀ accountingĀ stronglyĀ preferred

  • StrongĀ analytical,Ā problem-solving,Ā andĀ financialĀ presentationĀ skills

  • AbilityĀ toĀ influenceĀ andĀ collaborateĀ withĀ operationsĀ leadership
