Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution excellence and collaborate with strategic and tactical functions, programs, production sites, engineering and ISC operations to support launching new products (SIOP, Quality, Logistics, etc.).
  • Review and assess New Product Integration (NPI) program milestones to ensure integrated supply chain (ISC) and external suppliers can support timetables, required capabilities, and required capacities.
  • Understand customer critical success factors, develop corrective actions, and lead productivity and process improvements for focus area operation.
  • Communicate project performance and risks to metrics and timelines through cadenced meetings and written reports to stakeholders.
  • Leverage supplier investment in product development to increase competitive advantage.
  • Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion, where everyone, feels heard and understood, empowered and valued.


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field required
  • Years of Experience: 5 or more years of relevant experience required
  • Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Teamscenter preferred
