ICMS is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager who is responsible for the contractor's quality control program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Control Program documented in a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with PWS.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and implement procedures to identify and prevent recurrence of defective services
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections of services listed in the PWS
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Submit the QCP to the KO for acceptance within 30 calendar days after award and submit proposed changes five working days prior to implementation
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify performance deficiencies and implement timely corrective actions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track deficiencies through completion and verify corrective actions have been successfully implemented.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare quality control reports, inspection logs, corrective action reports, and trend analyses.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor compliance with all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements and performance metrics.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in developing employee training programs related to quality standards and contract compliance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in transition planning, startup activities, and quality audits.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain records required by the contract for Government review.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Facilities Management, Quality Management, Environmental Services, or a related field is preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must have minimum of 5 years of experience performing quality control management functions in a Public Works base operations contract environment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience to include, but not limited to managing the overall quality program, deficiency identification/correction, and analyzing performance data to correct and improve performance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience managing or inspecting multiple facility service disciplines, such as: HVAC/mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Building maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Work order management, and Environmental and safety compliance
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Licenses and Certifications:
- A valid state鈥檚 driver's license (with no major infractions) is required
- OSHA 30-Hour training
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification preferred but not required preferred
Security Clearance:
Minimum investigation at a Public Trust level required.

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite Position (Telecommute not considered for this position)
Work schedules are subject to change based on client and company needs. As a management position, this person will be on call regularly and be available for and respond to emergencies off shift.
*This is a contingent hire position based upon the award of contract.
