Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
Audit product that is presented to Quality for acceptance for defects pertaining to cosmetics, safety, part presence, and operation.
Maintain audit check sheets in QA database and ensure data is correct in the Total Quality Management (TQM) software.
Audit internal processes and work instructions as required.
Support completion of monthly yard audits.
Escalate quality issues and non-conforming conditions to the responsible internal parties.
Assist in investigation and containment when safety and quality issues are found.
Perform rework to vehicles on quality hold in order to meet engineering specification and follow containment procedure, as required.
Assist in the validation of Quality Gates and Control plans, as required.
Facilitate on the job training (OJT) for new inspectors with standardized inspection plans.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
Years of Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required
Software Knowledge: Microsoft suite, SAP, MES preferred
