Responsibilities:
• Guide and direct work productivity and employee engagement to meet daily customer demand and production schedules.
• Review and support development and revisions of current and future product line work instruction.
• Adjust workflow and tasks based on manpower available and work needed per area.
• Assist team members and troubleshoot issues while maintaining takt time.
• Assist in identifying areas of improvement and support proper implementation of solutions.
• Responsible to ensure that all company supplied tools used are properly stored at the end of each shift and available at the start of following shift.
• Assist quality teams in testing, identification of defects, and other efforts, as necessary.
• Execute and maintain acceptable performance standards for production, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
• Stand in for team members when needed, including absenteeism, emergencies, etc.
• Other duties may include using manufacturing systems such as SAP, Excel, MES, scheduling, etc.



Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Years of Experience: 2 or more years in production environment required
• Strong understanding of basic manufacturing processes
