The Brewing Attendant is primarily responsible for preparing hot and cold beverages such as coffee and teas, ensuring all services meet Club standards.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

  • Brews coffee and tea products according to guidelines.
  • Prepares stands for patrons.
  • Delivers product to each line as required by the operational plan.
  • Checks quality control at stand lines.
  • Communicates with expediters and stand leaders on product needs.
  • Keeps equipment and workstation clean to ensure a sanitary and safe work environment.
  • Greets and directs all members, players, caddies, and patrons in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Operates a golf cart and/or full-sized vehicle, following all legal and Club safety regulations.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
  • Performs other duties that are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
  • Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
  • Required to work schedule as defined by the department to include holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

  • Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain, or other adverse conditions.
  • Requires stooping, bending, lifting, and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
  • Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Displays integrity and sincerity when interacting with others.
  • Requires a valid driver's license if required to operate a Club vehicle or golf cart.
