If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision craftsmanship, and want to develop specialized construction skills, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced and supportive environment.🛠️ What You’ll Do: Install suspended ceiling systems according to plans and specifications. Measure and mark surfaces using blueprints and construction drawings. Install wall molding, ceiling grid systems, wires, and ceiling tiles. Cut ceiling tiles to fit around fixtures, borders, and other building features. Coordinate work with HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing crews. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite. Load and unload construction materials and supplies safely. Cross-train in other trades and production areas. Advanced levels may complete paperwork, operate lifts, and use specialized fabrication equipment.✅ What We’re Looking For:All Levels: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to prepare daily materials, supplies, and tools. Ability to work efficiently and meet production timelines. Willingness to learn new skills and advance within the trade. Commitment to workplace safety. Reliable transportation. Experience operating tools, equipment, and materials used by a T-Bar crew.
