HS Supervisor

Description

• Oversee client care and ensure services are provided according to the Plan of Care.
• Supervise Home Care Aides and provide guidance, training, and support.
• Maintain accurate client and employee records and required documentation.
• Monitor schedules, authorizations, case notes, and service delivery.
• Conduct client visits and caregiver conferences as required.
• Complete and track Critical Event Reports (CERs).
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and payroll review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Provide on-call support and caregiver coverage when needed.
• Promote high-quality customer service and teamwork.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled and completes work within the designated time.
• Uses the punch time system correctly.
• Maintains client confidentiality at all times.
• Cooperates with other staff members and different offices.
• Works in the atmosphere of joint effort, solidarity, and support.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures regarding operations, fire, safety, and infection control.
