We are a family-owned business entering our 40th year in operation and are excited to expand our national footprint. We are recruiting experienced Commercial Web Press Operators to join our talented team of high-impact employees on 3rd shift in our Aurora IL, production facility. Qualified candidates will:

  • Excel in a fast-paced production environment using problem-solving skills to keep the press running smoothly
  • Use positive communication skills to mentor operators-in-training and keep the team focused on meeting productivity goals during all phases of production
  • Be responsible for maximizing productivity while maintaining a high level of quality in all printed materials produced on the press
  • Set up the press using detailed instructions to ensure the successful production of each project
  • Monitor the quality of materials being produced
  • Troubleshoot problems and make necessary corrections, involving a mechanic when necessary
  • Supervise the work of employees assigned to your press/team


Experience and Education:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have at least two years of prior experience operating a printing press, including working knowledge of 4-color process, UV curing, plow-folds, and ink jet personalization techniques
