About Kaizen Collision

Kaizen Collision's Aurora location serves drivers throughout Aurora, Denver, Centennial, Parker, Green Valley Ranch, and the greater East Metro area. With Colorado's busy commuter traffic, hail season, and growing population, our shop maintains a steady flow of work year-round.

We're looking for a Parts Manager who can keep repairs moving by making sure the right parts are ordered, received, organized, and available when production needs them.

The Role

You'll oversee the parts operation from start to finish, working closely with estimators, technicians, vendors, and production staff to ensure repairs stay on schedule.

Success in this role comes from accuracy, organization, and the ability to solve problems before they become delays.

What You'll Do

  • Source and order collision repair parts accurately and efficiently
  • Manage inventory, returns, credits, and vendor relationships
  • Verify parts upon arrival and ensure accuracy against repair plans
  • Work closely with estimators and technicians to keep production moving
  • Track parts status and proactively address backorders or delays
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
  • Coordinate supplements and additional parts needs during repairs
  • Help improve cycle time by keeping vehicles moving through production

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of collision repair parts experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts and repair processes
  • Experience working with OEM and aftermarket vendors
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collision repair environment
