Job Summary: | This is a full-time basic science Research Services Professional – Entry Level position. In addition to lab managerial tasks, the work requires knowledge of research techniques, handling of live animals, rodent survival surgery, and performance of immunoassays and vascular myography, review of quality control, and assay development/troubleshooting. Data entry and analysis using Windows-based systems will be required.
The Lorca lab is housed within the Division of Reproductive Sciences of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Our research is aimed to understand the physiological cardiovascular adaptations during pregnancy, and how impaired vascular function impacts fetal growth. Our lab has a special interest in the use of innovative approaches to develop murine models of fetal growth restriction.

Anticipated Pay Range: | Thehiring range for this position has been established as Entry Level: $46,274 - $58,861 The above hiring range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
