Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders. Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), as applicable. Accurately document evaluations, treatments, resident progress, and discharge plans. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team communication.
