As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support our HVAC and Plumbing teams and help ensure our technicians have what they need to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs
  • Provide customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades
  • Present financing options and educate customers on products and services
  • Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Document all sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services highly preferred
  • Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeowners
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience/ Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical background a plus
  • 1+ year experience in sales, preferably HVAC or home services.
  • EPA Certified preferred
  • NATE Certified preferred

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer's schedules
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces
  • Ability to work in attics and tight spaces
  • Ability to work in a multitude of weather conditions
