Job DetailsJob Location: Plant 2 9 Austin - Austin, TX 78744Actively promotes a work environment within the Operations Department that consistently delivers a “World Class Experience” while safely and efficiently operating large machinery used to move materials needed to manufacturing concrete.   Job-Specific Functions Transport aggregate and other materials at the plant site Maintain cleanliness of plant site Coordinate with plant operator to maintain proper levels of aggregates and other materials Push up and rotate stockpiles daily for moisture consistency Regularly inspecting, cleaning and performing minor repairs on equipment, and reporting necessary repairs to supervisors. Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating equipment. Other Functions Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concrete’s mission statement and core values Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others Performs all other related duties, as assigned QualificationsSkills: Vision: Speech/Hearing Manual Dexterity: Physical Mobility: Computer Skills: Lifting minimum of 51 lbs Ability Report to work on time and on a regular basis Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner in a variety of settings and circumstances Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes Express oneself clearly and concisely Accept responsibility for quality and accuracy of personal work. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.  The ability to work in demanding physical conditions and handle heavy objects. Education/Experience One to three years of similar or related experience Valid State of Texas driver’s license required along with a “violation-free” Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage
