  • Manage user accounts within assessment platforms and assist faculty with basic platform functionality and troubleshooting.

  • Deliver LMS and learning technology training to academic coordinators and other stakeholders responsible for course and grade management.

  • Support faculty in the effective use of Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools for instructional, administrative, and workflow needs.

  • Provide guidance on accessible course design and digital accessibility standards.

  • Maintain instructional documentation, training resources, and knowledge-base content.

  • Collaborate with faculty, academic program staff, and technology teams to identify instructional needs and improve the overall faculty and learner experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with a learning management system, preferably Canvas LMS, including course setup, course copies, enrollment management, gradebook functionality, and instructional design tools.

  • Demonstrated experience developing instructional materials such as video tutorials, user guides, process documentation, walkthroughs, and job aids.

  • Strong faculty-facing communication, consultation, and training delivery skills.

  • Ability to translate technical processes into clear, practical instructions for non-technical users.
