Helper Rate: $20.83 per hour
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable female RN to provide morning support for a client who experiences balance issues, mild dementia, and hearing difficulties. She remains largely independent and manages most activities on her own but benefits from additional support to start her day safely and comfortably.
Care Responsibilities
- Help the client get started and organized in the morning
- Provide general supervision and support following her nighttime routine
- Monitor for balance and safety concerns
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Offer gentle reminders and assistance as needed
- Help maintain a calm, structured morning routine
- 7 days per week
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Flexible morning schedule
Ideal Candidate
- Active RN license required
- Experience with older adults and dementia preferred
- Comfortable supporting someone with balance and hearing difficulties
- Patient, attentive, and compassionate
- Strong communication skills
This role is best suited for a licensed RN who can provide calm, reassuring morning support while promoting the client's independence, with particular attention to safety, routine, and companionship.
