The K-12 Business Development Leader is responsible for cultivating relationships with school districts while contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of educational facilities. This seller–doer role combines business development with hands-on design work to support Parkhill’s growth in Education. This is a full-time position paid bi-weekly on a salary basis.Â

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school district administrators and stakeholders
Identify and pursue new K-12 project opportunities
Provide design and technical support for educational facility projects
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes
Represent the firm in client meetings and at industry events
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in K-12 facility design
- Minimum 3 years of architectural experience
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Experience leading proposals or client presentations is a plus
Existing relationships with school districts are preferred
