Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of litigation experience and be prepared to work on a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters including breach of contract, real estate, financial services, energy, fiduciary litigation, and other areas. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules, be highly motivated, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be diligent, motivated, possess excellent research and writing skills and be able to work independently to manage a myriad of deadlines and thrive in a team environment. The ideal candidate should have an interest and aptitude for preparing for and taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. Mediation, arbitration, hearing and trial experience is a plus. Candidates must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Local candidates preferred.
