Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager / Outlet Supervisor JOB SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards for all in-room hospitality and minibar operations. This role helps create memorable guest experiences by ensuring guestrooms are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing while supporting hotel revenue goals through accurate inventory and guest charge management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS Operational Responsibilities Restock and maintain guestroom minibars and amenities to hotel standards Stock minibar cart and prepare supplies before each shift Maintain organization and cleanliness of minibar storage areas Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management Charge guest purchases accurately through the hotel property management system (StayNTouch) Complete assigned side work and operational tasks Assist with tray pickup from guest rooms when necessary Attend required meetings and ongoing training sessions Guest Services Deliver exceptional service and hospitality to all guests Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests Maintain knowledge of minibar offerings and pricing Create a welcoming and elevated guest experience through attention to detail Interact courteously and professionally with guests and fellow team members Team Support and Training Contribute positively to the Food & Beverage team environment Work collaboratively with other hotel departments Support departmental productivity and service standards Communication and Reporting Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Utilize the Alice system (Effort Log) to complete operational tasks Report inventory needs and guest concerns promptly Safety & Compliance Follow all hotel safety procedures and operational standards Report unsafe conditions immediately Maintain hotel equipment in proper working condition Maintain required TABC and Food Handler certifications   QualificationsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Strong verbal communication and guest service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective time management and multitasking abilities Basic computer and property management system experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required TABC Certification required Food Handler Certification required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent standing and walking throughout hotel guestroom floors and storage areas Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, and crouching Ability to maneuver carts and supplies safely throughout the hotel WORKING ENVIRONMENT Guest rooms, hallways, storage rooms, and Food & Beverage operational areas Occasional outdoor exposure when transporting supplies if applicable WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GREAT Flexible and active work environment Opportunity to be part of a hospitality team focused on guest experience Great role for someone who enjoys organization, creativity, and service Growth opportunities within Food & Beverage and hotel operations Supportive and team-oriented culture WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoys working independently while staying team-oriented Pays attention to details and presentation Can multitask in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences PERKS Hotel discounts Flexible scheduling Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team culture Opportunity to work in an award-winning hospitality environment Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance benefits
