How you'll make an impact in this role

• Ensure patient safety by reviewing medication orders and resolving potential drug-related issues to support optimal health outcomes.
• Compound and dispense medications with precision to ensure accurate and timely treatment delivery for our patients.
• Educate patients and clinical staff on drug therapies, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and clinicians, to streamline and facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Lead technical pharmacy staff in the preparation and maintenance of supplies to maintain high operational standards and support pharmacy workflow.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.

Education:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

What additional requirements you'll need

• IV Certification 
• Hospital Experience 
• PGY1 Preferred (not required)
