Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Supervise premium suite operations before, during, and after events.
Lead and support suite attendants, runners, and hospitality staff.
Ensure all suite orders, amenities, and catering requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction throughout events.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company standards.
Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.
Coordinate with culinary, warehouse, and premium operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Complete opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and operational reports.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional suite environment.
