About the Role
YETI is seeking a Principal Talent Business Partner to partner closely with executive leaders particularly within Technology and digital functions (including SEO and broader tech teams) to design and execute forward-looking talent and organizational strategies. This role combines deep business acumen, organizational design expertise, and change leadership to enable scalable growth and high-performance teams.
This role will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives across key business functions.Â
What You'll Do
Strategic Talent PartnershipÂ
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategy with business prioritiesÂ
- Lead workforce planning and organizational strategy for evolving technology and digital capabilitiesÂ
- Translate long-term business strategy into proactive talent roadmaps, ensuring the organization has the capabilities, leadership, and structure needed to achieve future growth objectivesÂ
Organizational Design & EffectivenessÂ
- Drive org design initiatives, including restructuring, role clarity, and operating model evolutionÂ
- Apply insights from prior organizational experience to build scalable, high-performing teamsÂ
- Leverage data and external market insights to diagnose organizational health, identify capability gaps, and recommend structural improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business performanceÂ
Transformation & Change LeadershipÂ
- Lead complex design change initiatives, including end-to-end change management planning and executionÂ
- Build and deliver clear, compelling communication strategies to support adoption and engagementÂ
- Ensure change efforts are measurable, sustainable, and aligned with long-term business outcomesÂ
Talent & Leadership DevelopmentÂ
- Coach and develop leaders to strengthen organizational capability and effectivenessÂ
- Identify and accelerate top talent while building robust succession pipelinesÂ
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive HR / Talent Business Partner experience, including significant time supporting executive-level stakeholdersÂ
- Prior experience with demonstrated exposure to organizational design and transformation workÂ
- Proven track record in organizational design, operating model development, and workforce strategyÂ
- Experience supporting technology organizations or digital functions (e.g., SEO, engineering, product) preferred Â
- Strong expertise in leading large-scale change initiatives, including communication strategy and stakeholder managementÂ
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into talent solutionsÂ
