About Position U.S. Money Reserve is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator. The role requires active listening skills, the ability to work around policy and procedures, and requires a team player who is comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Review recorded sales & verification calls to ensure compliance with company policies. Review voicemail messages left for Sales and ensured follow-up. Verify orders when call volume is high. Learn all the processes within the QA Department. Review orders from start to finish to ensure accuracy. Process requests from Sales to update customer records. Back-up Receptionist position for breaks on occasion. Other duties & special projects as assigned.
