About the Role

The Senior Procurement AnalystĀ is responsible forĀ supporting the development and execution of strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and procurement optimization initiatives across a broad range of indirect and direct spend categories. This role partners with business stakeholders, Finance, Legal, and suppliers toĀ identifyĀ value creation opportunities, improve procurement processes, support sourcing events, and drive effective supplier governance.

The Sr. Procurement Analyst applies deep procurement knowledge and analyticalĀ expertiseĀ to evaluate spend, develop insights, support contract and supplier management activities, and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and deliver business value. This position works with minimal direction and collaborates closely with procurement leadership to support strategic procurementĀ objectivesĀ and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement SupportĀ 

  • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across assigned categories.Ā 

  • Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, benchmarking, and spend assessments toĀ identifyĀ opportunities for cost optimization and value creation.Ā 

  • AssistĀ in the planning and execution of competitive sourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and supplier negotiations.Ā 

  • Analyze supplier proposals and develop recommendations based on business requirements, commercial considerations, and risk factors.Ā 

  • Partner with stakeholders to align procurement activities with business priorities and operational needs.Ā 

Spend Analysis & InsightsĀ 

  • Analyze procurement, supplier, and spend data toĀ identifyĀ trends, risks, savings opportunities, and process improvement initiatives.Ā 

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations thatĀ provideĀ actionable insights to procurement and business leaders.Ā 

  • Monitor category performance and procurement metrics to measure results and support decision-making.Ā 

  • IdentifyĀ opportunities for supplier consolidation, demand management, and improved purchasing leverage.Ā 

Supplier Relationship ManagementĀ 

  • Support the management of supplier relationships and performance across key vendor partnerships.Ā 

  • Track supplier performance against service, quality, delivery, and contractual commitments.Ā 

  • Participate in supplier business reviews and governance activities.Ā 

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve supplier effectiveness.Ā 

Contract & Risk ManagementĀ 

  • Support contract lifecycle activities, including contract review, administration, renewals, and compliance monitoring.Ā 

  • Partner with Legal and business stakeholders toĀ facilitateĀ contract execution and maintain required documentation.Ā 

  • AssistĀ inĀ identifyingĀ and mitigating supplier-related risks, including operational, financial, and compliance risks.Ā 

  • Ensure procurement activitiesĀ comply withĀ company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.Ā 

Cross-Functional PartnershipĀ 

  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across business functions.Ā 

  • ProvideĀ procurement guidance, recommendations, and analytical support to internal customers.Ā 

  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other functional teams to support enterprise initiatives.Ā 

  • Contribute to procurement process improvements and capability-building efforts.Ā 

Procurement Excellence & Continuous ImprovementĀ 

  • Support the implementationĀ of procurementĀ best practices, tools, and methodologies.Ā 

  • IdentifyĀ opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance stakeholder experience.Ā 

  • MaintainĀ accurateĀ procurement and supplier information within applicable systems and reporting tools.Ā 

  • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.Ā 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.Ā 

  • 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, vendor management, finance, or related business experience.Ā 

  • Experience supporting sourcing events, supplier negotiations, spend analytics, and supplier management activities.Ā 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.Ā 

  • Experience working with contracts, supplier agreements, and procurement processes.Ā 

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective partnerships across multiple functions.Ā 

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Ā 

  • ProficiencyĀ with Microsoft Excel, procurement systems, spend analytics tools, and reporting platforms.Ā 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Ā
