Your Responsibilities as a Scientist 7 - Sr Principal Scientist:

Serve as senior technical lead on cumulative project total >$2.5M annually.
Contribute to successful business development of >$1M annually.
Write and review technical reports and proposals.
Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
Assist with project management activities.
Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product.

What we're looking for:

BS in related scientific field, Master's preferred.
Professional accreditation.
15+ years of experience with environmental services including technical writing and providing technical oversight.
Business development.
Project Management.
Ability to mentor and train staff.
Strong technical writing skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices.
Microsoft 365 / CRM
Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
