Responsibilities

Represent Beloform Craft professionally and consistently.
Engage with customers and provide clear information about company products, services, and initiatives.
Create welcoming and positive customer experiences.
Support brand activations, promotional campaigns, and company events.
Assist customers by answering questions and identifying their needs.
Communicate key brand messages accurately and confidently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.
Work closely with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals.
Provide customer feedback and observations to management.
Maintain strong knowledge of current company offerings and brand standards.
