Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and adherence to safety protocols are essentialQualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field. Completion of an accredited CLS or Medical Laboratory Scientist program. Certification Current certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) through ASCP or equivalent. State licensure. Experience 1–2 years of clinical laboratory experience. Familiarity and experience with laboratory equipment, automated analyzers, blood bank and diagnostic techniques.
