Our Member Services team is the first point of contact for members and guests—and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality with every interaction. As a Member Services Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless golf experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor
- Assist with golf bags: unloading, transporting, and setting up on carts or range
- Clean and maintain golf carts and clubs before and after use
- Maintain the driving range, including ball collection and setup
- Monitor the needs of members and respond promptly to service requests
- Provide information about club offerings and golf course etiquette as needed
- Support the golf team and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience
Requirements
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
- Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
