We are seeking a reliable and experienced Parking Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing cash and electronic transactions with parking customers while providing excellent customer service. The Parking Attendant will also assist with directing traffic, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles, maintaining organized parking areas, and supporting overall parking operations.

Responsibilities
• Approach and greets all customers in a friendly, professional mannerÂ
• Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concernÂ
• Relay customer concerns and/or information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessaryÂ
• Is quick and responsive to provide excellent customer serviceÂ
• Follow all company procedures and complies with all safety regulationsÂ
• Issue and/or collect visitor parking ticketsÂ
• Match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collects proper payment from visitors and distributes correct changeÂ
• Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be locatedÂ
• Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; accurately account for all funds within cashier drawerÂ
• Perform revenue drops following specific location proceduresÂ
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work areaÂ
• Answer telephone in a prompt and courteous manner, when requiredÂ
• Immediately report accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift LeadÂ
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammatesÂ
Qualifications
Required:
• Must be 18 years of age or olderÂ
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree requiredÂ
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
Preferred:
• One (1) year of similar experience preferredÂ
